These 2 cramped 2-bedroom semis were tired and neglected. Our developer client wanted to extend and give them a new lease of life, creating desirable family homes. By extending to the rear and creating an open plan kitchen dining space, with a convenient pantry, we created much more space downstairs. Upstairs a new third bedroom and ensuite was designed.
