This house in Renfrew was tired and in need of some TLC. Our property developer client wanted to give it a wow factor, kerb appeal and importantly increase the property value. We proposed a new roof with dormers creating more usable room in the upstairs. We transformed the once dingy garage with a vaulted ceiling and velux.
