This outbuilding in Rhu was a damp, vacant, disused garage. We converted the building to additional annex accommodation for extended family members of our clients. The accommodation consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living/kitchen area, utility, and studio - over two floors, plus a stunning balcony with loch views.
