This house in Balloch was tired and too small for its new owners who wanted it overhauled and given a facelift. We designed an attic conversion to create additional bedrooms and an extension to the rear that included stunning clerestory apex windows to maximise natural light into the new open plan kitchen and living area. The addition of a modern cedar clad extension and dormers brought the house into the 21st century.
