Our client wanted a bespoke new build home after purchasing a small plot of land in Helensburgh. The double height living space helps to provide a large open plan feel in addition to introducing lots of natural light. Air source heat pumps combined with underfloor heating in addition to other low carbon technologies were utilised in the building to minimise it's carbon footprint and running costs.
